Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering Requirements

  All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

77r77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or termination.

• Breach of Terms

  Any breach of these Terms, including providing false registration information, engaging in prohibited conduct, failing to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or attempting to exploit the platform in any unauthorised manner, may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice. 77r77 will conduct an investigation and may permanently close the account if the breach is confirmed.

• Voluntary Closure

  Players may request to close their 77r77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any active wagering requirements must be resolved, and any pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's verified payment method. 77r77 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure.
